A synth controlled through a visual tuning display.
See a stereo signal from every angle.
Metergram puts four views of the same scope window side by side. The spectrogram and frequency profile share an adjustable logarithmic frequency axis, starting at 20 Hz–20 kHz and clamped to the host's Nyquist limit. The waveform shows sample peaks over time, and the stereo panel summarizes short-window level, balance, correlation, and width.
The module is a transparent insert rather than an analyser with a separate signal path. Its Processor copies the stereo input to the output sample for sample, while the host publishes read-only scope data to the face. Display palette, layout, frequency resolution, and time resolution are saved module parameters and never alter the audio.
Start from a named sound, then adjust the instrument to make it yours.
A stereo Processor copies both input channels directly to the matching outputs. Qualification uses unequal channel fixtures and requires byte-identical pass-through, making accidental summing, swapping, or display-dependent processing visible.
Connect a module's stereo audio output to Metergram in a rack and open its face to inspect the signal. Its output can continue to another effect or Audio Output. Display choices are saved with the rack's module configuration.
The face reads host-owned input history for exact overlapping analysis, with a snapshot fallback where history is unavailable. FFT, multiresolution FFT, and CQT views combine channel power so anti-phase content remains visible; display choices never alter the audio.

A rack is a fixed rig: several modules already wired together, playable as one instrument. This module is one of the pieces.
Code Sequencer routes a Euclidean drum loop to the bundled Pocket Kit sampler; Metergram displays the signal.
Press Play for a 118 BPM drum loop; click Code Sequencer to edit it.

One code arrangement routes drums, Wavetable bass, FM keys and OSC Mini lead to separate modules; Metergram shows the drums.
Preview a 32-bar E minor groove at 124 BPM, with a breakdown, build and final lead.

Editable verse and chorus code feeds a drum sampler, OSC Mini bass, FM chords and Wavetable lead through MIDI Channel Router.
Preview a 64-bar A minor song at 120 BPM, starting with an eight-bar chord intro.
