Google's Groove MIDI Dataset is CC BY 4.0. This browser decodes and regions the performances and optionally reduces Roland pitches to nine drum classes. Original events remain available in the dataset package.
Connect MIDI OUT to a drum sampler. The Groove drum lab rack loads the Countries bank’s Brazil kit, which covers all nine GM drum classes. Host transport starts and stops playback; Preview auditions a region while the host is stopped. CC4 pedal events are retained for analysis but are not transmitted by this notes-only player.
