# Purchases, downloads and updates

> Find acquired products, choose a compatible download and resolve access problems.

Find products tied to your account in [library downloads](https://maruaudio.com/library/downloads). Sign in with the same account you used to acquire them. The product's offer tells you which files, license and updates are included.

## Before acquiring a product

Read the included content, supported operating systems and formats, license summary, release status and any online requirements. A preorder or beta offer may have different delivery expectations from an available release.

## Find your download

In library downloads, review your acquired items and **Your orders**. Use **View receipt** to open an order's details. An item granted through beta access can appear without a paid order, while one bundle order can cover several items.

Choose the release for your operating system and host, then follow its installation instructions. The general plugin builds on the downloads page require approved Studio access; seeing an acquired item does not make every build on that page available.

## Activate when required

A licensed release may ask you to approve the computer in Maru's browser flow. Check the account and the product's activation state. [Licenses and product access](https://maruaudio.com/help/licenses-and-product-access.md) covers trials, seats and connected services.

## Resolve a missing purchase or file

First confirm the sign-in account, then look for the order in **Your orders**. **Confirming** means the payment is still pending. If the order is paid but the item or file is missing, note the product, order reference, visible status and file you expected.

For a download you can access but cannot use, check the operating system, plugin format and installation instructions. A bank needs a compatible sampler; it is not a plugin installer. Contact [support](https://maruaudio.com/contact#help) with those details before placing another order to solve an access problem.

Do not send payment-card details or access tokens. Refund requests follow the [current refund terms](https://maruaudio.com/terms#refunds).

## Keep a working setup

Check release notes before updating and retain the project material needed to reopen your work. Update access follows the purchased offer; a product license does not automatically include every future version or hosted service.
